i dunno why, but redsn0w rc 14 keeps crashing on my win7 after step 7. i successfully put my iphone into DFU mode, and redsn0w starts the jailbreak but around 5-10 seconds later it crashes.. tried 3 times and it crashed every single time. i got tired and tried Sn0wBreeze and succeeded on first try.

somewhat i liked greenpois0n much better.

It worked! I think? not sure, after the DFU mode page my phone restarted with a bunch of lines of code displayed and now it does not seem any different than before, what now? install and run Cydia? how can a check to see if it is jailbroken?

Thanks
