iOS 9 beta 4 download available to developers

iOS 9 beta 4 is now available for download. Apple has released the 4th beta of its upcoming major iOS update for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch. Hit the jump to learn more about iOS 9 beta 4.

iOS was unveiled during WWDC 2015 keynote which was held on June 8th. This upcoming major software update for iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch includes numerous new features and improvements including Proactive Assistant, improved Siti, transit directs for Apple Maps, and revamped multitasking experience for iPad users among other stuff. iOS 9 beta 4 update

The 4th beta carries build number 13A4305g. It is released to developers after two weeks of the availability of iOS 9 beta 3 which enabled Apple news app for iOS 9.

Just like previous beta releases, iOS 9 beta 4 supports the following iOS devices:

  • iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6, iPhone 5s, iPhone 5c, iPhone 5, iPhone 4s
  • iPad Air 2, iPad Air, iPad 4, iPad 3, iPad 2
  • iPad mini 3, iPad mini 2, iPad mini
  • iPod Touch 6g, iPod Touch 5g

iOS 9 beta 4 is only available to the registered developers of Apple’s Developer Program. If your device is already running iOS 9 beta, you can update to latest beta through the over-the-air update by going into Settings > General > Software Update.
