The team Pangu has finally released the Cydia installer in the Pangu jailbreak app that installs on the device after the jailbreak. Now you don’t need to install Cydia the hard way after jailbreaking iOS 8.1 – iOS 8 with pangu jailbreak. Pangu app now allows you to install latest and awesome version of Cydia directly from within your device. When the Pangu jailbreak for iOS 8-8.1 was first released, it didn’t feature the Cydia installer because of lack of its compatibility with iOS 8 or later. Now that Saurik made Cydia compatible with iOS 8 – iOS 8.1, and worked in collaboration with the team Pangu, the Cydia installer can now be installed from Pangu jailbreak app right from the jailbroken device. So, now you can jailbreak iOS 8.1 – 8 with Pangu and install Cydia without using a confusing SSH or terminal commands process. Now, to install Cydia, all you need to do is download Pangu, jailbreak your device with Pangu that should install Pangu app on your device. Now open that Pangu app and install Cydia from the list of packages. Now the only piece of puzzle left is the support for Mac. Team has promised to release Pangu for Mac but didn’t mention an ETA for that.
