A new report claims that the next-generation iPhone 5S will be unveiled at an event that is going to be held on September 10th. The report comes from AllThingsD, which has a solid track record of reporting the timing of several Apple events even before the official invites were sent to the media.
The next-generation iPhone 5S is expected to feature external look similar to the current iPhone 5, but the phone is rumored to bring a major internal overhaul. A faster processor, better camera with dual-LED flash, and supposedly a built-in fingerprint sensor are the most rumored features.
Will any other new product join iPhone 5S on the stage? Considering how rumor-mill is in full swing reporting about the low-cost iPhone 5C, it’s hard to imagine an iPhone 5S event without an iPhone 5C appearance on the stage. Expect this rumored low-cost iPhone to appear in multi-color plastic shells.
