On the last big event, Apple announced that iPad would go on sale at the end of March but there’s no exact date of iPad availability.
MacRumors and Examiners claim that the iPad would go on sale at retail stores from Friday, March 26th in a similar fashion to the iPhone 2G launch.
Examiner also claims that Apple store employees will be getting training on the device starting on March 10th and iPad commercial will be aired from March 15th. Finally, those who camp out for the iPad will receive a “special gift”.
Apple announced two iPad models on the last event one with WiFi only and the other with 3G + WiFi. The 3G enabled version will hit the shelves after 30 days of WiFi enabled iPad launching.
