We finally have an iOS 9.3.3 jailbreak all the way back to jailbreaking iOS 9.2. Yes, you read it right! The team Pangu has finally released a working and public jailbreak for iOS 9.2 – iOS 9.3.3. Since the releases of iOS 9.1 jailbreak late last year, We encountered some fake jailbreak developers claimed to have a working jailbreak for latest iOS versions but none of those could see the light of the day.
The team Pangu has finally put an end to the long wait for the iOS 9.2 – iOS 9.3.3 jailbreak by making it available to the public. For now, only the Chinese version of the Pangu jailbreak is available for download whereas the team is set to release English version soon.
According to the jailbreak development team, this latest Pangu jailbreak works only on the 64-bit iOS devices including:
- iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6, iPhone 5s, iPhone SE
- iPad Air 2, iPad Air
- iPad mini 4, iPad mini 3, iPad mini 2
- 9.7-inch iPad Pro, 12.0-inch iPad Pro
- iPod Touch 6G
Please note that it is a semi-untethered jailbreak solution to liberate your device from the limitation Apple has applied on its mobile operating system. While the semi-untethered is not exactly the holy grail of jailbreaking, it certainly is better than a tethered jailbreak that requires a software and a computer to boot the device in jailbreak mode.
With this iOS 9.3 – iOS 9.3.3 jailbreak solution user needs to download Pangu jailbreak (currently available for Windows only) and use it to install a Pangu app and jailbreak the connected iOS device. Whenever user reboots its device after jailbreak, he will have to run the Pangu app (installed on the phone) to re-gain the jailbreak features.
