  1. Open Cydia.
  2. When it prompts you for “Essential Upgrade”, choose “Complete Upgrade.”
  3. This should install the available update for UIKit Tools.

Alternatively:

Since UIKit Tools is available in default Cydia repository, you don’t need to add a repo to get it. Simply do this:

  1. Open Cydia.
  2. Go to Changes tab and hit Refresh.
  3. Once the repositories are refreshed, search for UIKit Tools in Cydia.
  4. Then Install/upgrade (Modify->Upgrade) UIKit Tools to the latest version.
