Second iOS 9 public beta for iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch is now available for download. Apple has officially seeded second public beta of iOS 9 to the testers. The release comes just 24 hours after the release of iOS 9 beta 4 for developers and two weeks after the availability of first public beta which was released on July 9.
The second public beta of iOS 9 software is labeled build 13A4305g. This means that this public beta is identical to the recently released iOS 9 beta 4, which was released to the developers yesterday. The beta 4 comes with some new features including Home Sharing for Apple Music, improved Handoff interface and more.
If you’re one of the public beta testers, and already rocking the first public beta, you can install the second iOs 9 public beta on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch via Over-the-Air (OTA) update by going into Settings > General > Software Update.
Apple is expected to release the final version of iOS 9 in mid-September.
