Accessory makers are known for designing cases for a yet to be released iPhone model simply based on the reports, rumors, and schematics floating all over the internet. While the iPhone 8 is still months away from its official unveiling later this Fall, a few images of yet another iPhone 8 dummy have made their way onto the Slashleaks showing the device wrapped in a protective case.

This leaked dummy units appears to show the final design of iPhone 8 with numerous rumored and reported features. The features shown in this encased iPhone 8 dummy includes front side completely covered with the display with no physical Home button, Touch ID embedded within the display, among other features. On the back of the dummy unit, a vertical cutout for dual camera setup is also prominently visible.

The dummy unit shown in the photos is literally all glass on the front side with a narrow physical cut within the OLED display, likely for the earpiece integration. The annotations on these photos show that the bezels should only be 3 millimeters wide in size.

It is widely speculated that the iPhone 8 will be covered with 2.5D glass just like the iPhone 6/6s/7 series. This glass will be rounded towards the edges of the device rather than having an OLED display extended all the way to the left and right edges, as found on the Galaxy S8.

Apple is widely expected to launch three different models of iPhone later this year. One of these is dubbed as the 10th-anniversary edition, the “iPhone 8,” while the other two models are said to be iterative iPhone 7s and the iPhone 7s Plus.

The fingerprint sensor has been one of the controversial feature related to the iPhone 8 among the reports and rumors. While it is said that Apple is facing difficulties in mass producing a Touch ID integrated within the display, a recent report from the Economic Daily News suggests that Apple has solved all the technical issues related to this new Touch ID, which could mean that the iPhone 8 will have Touch ID embedded right into the OLED display without any physical presence.
