Based on the previous rumors, upcoming iPhone 5 is to bring stronger muscles as compared to the iPhone 4. Now, BGR reports that the iPhone 5 will not merely be an upgraded iPhone 4, expect a radical new case design for the upcoming iPhone 5.
Although no additional details are given surrounding the design of the iPhone 5, the rumor negates previous rumors by claiming a brand new case design for the upcoming iPhone.
BGR has independently confirmed that the next-generation iPhone will not merely be an upgraded iPhone 4 as had been previously rumored. We have been told by a reliable source to expect a radical new case design for the upcoming iPhone, though we have not been given any additional details surrounding the design of the new iPhone case.
The new report from BGR also reveals that Apple is expected to announce iPhone 5 in Mid-August with a release date later that month. The consensus was that iPhone 5 will be unvield in Spetember, loaded with iOS 5 firmware, along with new iPods.
Now It’s not clear whether the traditional September Music event will also be covered in this special event, or if this will be an iPhone-specific event?
According to our source, Apple may hold an event in the beginning or middle of August to announce the new iPhone, with availability to follow in the last week of August. We’re not sure if that means the iPod event will be moved up slightly, or if this will be an iPhone-specific event.
