Finally, someone has come up with one of the clearest spy photos of the purported rear shell of Apple’s yet to be announced iPhone 7. The leaked spy shots of the purported iPhone 7 back shell confirms what we have heard and seen so far: same iPhone 6s like design, re-positioned antenna line towards the top and the bottom of the back shell, and a larger camera hole of a big camera sensor.
While the leaked photo of purported rear shell clearly shows the back side of the devices, it fails to give us a peek at the bottom where Apple places audio jack to confirm if the iPhone 7 indeed lacks a 3.5mm audio jack or not. But at this stage, it seems obvious that Apple will be ditching the 3.5mm audio jack in favor of Lightning port. A touch sensitive home button and stereo speakers could also not be confirmed with this picture.
While Apple’s upcoming iPhone 7 and the iPhone 7 Plus are widely expected to offer modest changes over the iPhone 7 Plus, Apple’s yet to be launched devices are expected to be dust and water proof. The larger sibling of the iPhone lineup (iPhone 7 Pro?) is also expected to feature a dual-lens camera system for better picture quality and better low-light performance.
Last year’s iPhone 6s came with the same iPhone 6 exterior shell. If the fruit company launches iPhone 7 with minor design changes will definitely be a disappointing device model of a good number of customers. This may ultimately lead to a decline in the iPhone sales.
Apple is expected to launch its iPhone revision in the month of September later this year.
