The team Pangu has finally released the English version of Pangu iOS 9.3.3 – iOS 9.2 jailbreak for iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch. Unlike the Chinese variant, the English version of the Pangu 9.3.3 jailbreak works on Windows, macOS, and Linux alike. The tool is still a semi-tethered jailbreak and capable of jailbreaking 64-bit iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch devices.
The Pangu 9.3.3 Jailbreak English version is not only cross-platform supported, its jailbreaking process is also different from the Chinese Pangu jailbreak. The Chinese version of the Pangu 9.3.3 jailbreak involves the use of 25PP software to install the jailbreak PP app on the devices. On the other hand, the English version of the jailbreak depends on Cydia Impactor, a tool developed by Saurik. Cydia Impactor is used to sign the .IPA file of the Pangu jailbreak made available by the team Pangu. Only after signing the .ipa file, users are able to install and execute the jailbreak on supported iOS devices.
Since Pangu still is a semi-untethered jailbreak, which means after every reboot, you’ll have to launch the PP jailbreak app on your device to re-jailbreak it. Please note that re-jailbreak is required only after the reboot, not after the respring.
Just like the Chinese variant, you’ll have to provide your Apple ID to generate a free certificate to sign and install the PP jailbreak .IPA file on your device. The certificate will expire in 7 days unless you are enrolled in Apple’s Developer Program. After the certificate expiry, you’ll have to reinstall Pangu jailbreak app on your device, if you want to keep using the jailbreak features.
