The final version of iOS 9.3.2 for compatible iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch devices was released back on May 19. But, this latest software update turned out to be bad news for the 9.7-inch iPad Pro devices.

Those 9.7-inch iPad Pro users who tried to install iOS 9.3.2 on their devices were met with an “Error 56” popup message, which bricked the device. Apple’s official support document states the error to be hardware related, and there are no other details available.
