The 3rdbeta of iOS 9.3 carries a build number 13E5200d and brings along the new WiFi calling feature for the Verizon customers. iOS 9.3 beta 3 comes approximately two weeks after the availability of the second beta, which was pushed to the registered developers at the end of January. The first beta of iOS 9.3 was released on January 1.
Unlike the previous iOS 9.x.x releases, iOS 9.3 is meant to brings huge changes and a host of new features to apple’s mobile operating system. Other than the addition of WiFi calling feature in the 3rd beta, overall the IOs 9.3 final release is set to bring some major new features such as the Night Shift mode, which also adds a toggle to the Control center to switch between the modes. There are several other new addition, hit the jump for a rundown.
The Night Shift mode, based on the clock settings and geolocation, changes the colors of the device to warmer end spectrum and reduces the bright blue light, making it easier on your eyes. Other new features include password or Touch ID protected Notes, new 3D Touch quick actions for many stock applications, improved Health app, revamped News app, Apple Music support in CarPlay, new Classroom app and more.
If you are already running the second beta version of iOS 9.3, you can easily update to the 3rd beta by going to Settings > General > Software Update. t should be available there as an OTA (Over-the-Air) update.
You can also download the full-sized IPSW file of iOS 9.3 beta 3 from Apple’s Developer Center, but for that, you must be enrolled in Apple’s development program. You can then install iOS using iTunes.
