iOS 9.2 beta 3 download is now available to registered developers. Apple has just released the 3rd beta of iOS 9.2 for iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch which can be downloaded from Apple Developer Center with a registered Apple developer account.
iOS 9.2 beta 3 has a built number 13C71 and is released to developers two weeks after the availability of iOS 9.2 beta 1, which was released on October 27. The second beta of iOS 9.2 was released last week.
One of the major new features of iOS 9.2 is the improvements and bugs fixes related to the Safari View Controller. Safari View Controller is the new window that opens up when the user clicks a link from within an app. This Safari View Controller in iOS 9.2 now support 3rd party Action Extensions and brings the edge swipe to dismiss functionality.
This upcoming software update also adds support for NumberSync feature for AT&T customers. This NumberSync feature allows users to use Mac or iPad to make calls using subscribers phone number without being connected to the iPhone.
All the iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch devices capable of running iOS 9.1 are compatible with iOS 9.2 as well. These devices include iPhone 4s or newer models, iPad mini or new models, iPad 2 or new iPad models, iPod Touch 6G and iPod Touch 5g.
If you are already running iOS 9.2 beta version, you can easily update and install iOS 9.2 beta 3 via Over-the-Air update feature available under Settings > General > Software Update. The update is also available as a full-sized IPSW file, which can be downloaded from Apple Developer Center.

In the Safari View Controller, users will be able to request the desktop version of the site by long tapping on the reload button, just like Safari.
Explicit Congestion Notification (ECN) is enabled by default on select carriers and WiFi. It helps in reducing packet loss and networks delays.
