Yes, folks now you’d be able to unlock your iPhone with a simple blow, thanks to this new Cydia tweak dubbed as ‘BlowToUnlock’. BlowToUnlock is a new and unique jailbreak tweak which recently landed Cydia. It takes you a step ahead, the way you unlock your lockscreen on your iPhone.
BlowToUnlock is available at Cydia, and once installed you can navigate to Settings where you should find a dedicated control panel for BlowToUnlock. From there you can enable/disable, and adjust the sensitivity of the microphone. If set sensitivity to maximum the device can be unlocked from a distance but it might unlock itself by surrounding noises so make sure to adjust appropriate sensitivity level for your device. According to the developer, when recording a sound or playing a sound BlowToUnlock must be disabled.
Once installed and preferences set, using BlowToUnlock you can simply unlock your iPhone by blowing around or at your iPhone’s microphone. Device can also be unlocked by blowing in to headphones microphone. The plus point is that the security is not compromised if you have a passcode or fingerprint enabled. You will be prompted to enter the passcode or scan your finger to unlock the phone which is great.
