Official release date of iOS 7 final version has been announced. iOS 7 brings the biggest change to the Apple’s mobile operating system since the very first iPhone. Apple gave the first iOS 7 preview at WWDC 2013 keynote on June 10th and the same day, beta 1 of iOS 7 was also seeded to the developers. Now during iPhone 5S/5C Apple once again discussed iPhone 5 and has seeded Golden master (GM) version to the developers.
Apple claims iOS 7 to be bringing more than 200+ new features to the Apple’s mobile OS. Some of the major features and improvements include: All new user-interface, redesigned lockscreen, new Control Center, Improved Notification Center, all-new camera app, better multitasking, Airdrop, improved Safari, Siri improvements and more.

Apple an officially announced that iOS 7 will be available for compatible devices on September 18th, 2013.
iOS 7 Supported Devices
Not all devices will be getting Apple’s latest iOS firmware. And not all features of iOS will be available on all the supported devices. Here’s the list of devices supported by iOS 7:
- iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPhone 5S, iPhone 5C or later
- iPad 4, iPad 3, iPad 2, iPad mini or later
- iPod touch 5G or later
