A Stunning Concept of What iOS 7 Might Look Like

iOS 7 which is being developed and redesigned under Jony Ive is rumored to bring flattened user interface. Keeping this in mind, a digital agency named Simply Zesty has created an iOS 7 user-interface concept that shows Jony Ive-ified, flattened UI.

Simply Zesty’s Art Director, Philip Joyce, has come up with a way to present what he thinks the iOS 7 should be like. And he has done it brilliantly. The video of this iOS 7 UI concept focuses on a clean UI and Lock screen widgets, a cleaner Notification Center with animated widgets, Windows Phone like stock apps such as Calendar, Music, Siri and Camera. The animations and overall fluidity of the iOS 7 concept are truly fun to look at.

With WWDC day draws near, iOS 7 concepts have started making rounds. But the real iOS developers preview will be handed over to developers at WWDC, which is being held at Moscone West in San Francisco from Monday, June 10 until Friday, June 14.

iOS 7 is speculated to bring all new, flat interface, a new internet based service, possibly related to music streaming, and “killer app.”.

Besides the new widget, they just make the icons more
2D and they called it a new ios….. I already done all that with jailbroken tweaks and apps.

At least they’re trying to do something right this time, iphones besides great third party apps really are so primitive in terms of user friendliness and features.

I am so bored of the 6 year old interface of Iphone. If any of you think that it looks like Windows 8, so be it. When I look at a Windows 8 Phone it looks damn refreshing with the Live Tiles and all that stuff. But Windows Phone does not yet appeal to me since MS only makes the Software and didn’t like any of the phones out there yet compared to the hardware design of an Iphone5. I am really looking forward to it. I expected a change with IOS6, but nothing happened. I can’t stand the existing interface anymore. Remember what Steve Jobs envisioned?? He envisioned that with completed touch interface phones, every now an then new features can be added with software, because there are no hardware buttons as a hindrance. With IOS7 my Iphone4s becomes a completely new phone even after 2 years since my purchase. And that’s what I call magical. This is unfortunately not available for major releases of Android. They are stuck with the same old OS unless they buy a new damn phone. MS did the same when they rolled out WIndows 8. Old Mango could not be upgraded

You can EASILY change the ‘interface’ in android, sir. Hundreds of different launchers for android, re-work the interface. Even installing ROM’s, yet that requires rooting and isn’t what you were getting at. However for changing the interface, you don’t necessarily need to buy a new phone, just have common sense.

My point was about millions of laymen who would just wish to have that new OS that’s been released without going through rooting or jailbreaking or any such stuff. It’s not just about the interface, it’s about how your existing phone becomes more empowered through the new OS. I appreciate your common sense though…
