Chpwn points out that Cydia running on iPad 4 doesn’t look any different than it did on iPad 3. This is what Chpwn tweeted about the Cydia running on a jailbroken iPad 4:
It doesn’t look any different than on the iPad (3rd generation), but here’s Cydia running on the iPad (4th generation)
Please note that the hackers are calling it failbreak instead of jailbreak because its public release is not possible due to the dependency on the iOS developer’s account. Hackers also want to keep this failbreak private in an effort to find more jailbreak exploits and make Cydia and other jailbreak apps ready for latest iOS 6.0.1.
Before this, hackers has also sccessfully jailbreak iPhone 5, and iPad mini. — it’s a really a good sign for the jailbreak community that the failbreak works on the iPhone 5 and iPad 4?s new chipset.
