Leaked screenshots from iBoot debug tool indicates that iPad 3 features an A6 Quad-Core processor and LTE support. BGR reports that their source claims to be in possession of an iPad 3 prototype.
The leaked screenshots by the BGR’s source are taken from iBoot, a development and debug tool which shows lots of information about a device’s internal specifications, and take pictures of the results.. The leaked screenshots show what could be a quad-core processor (A6), model number S5L8945X. In comparison, A4 model number was S5L8930X, while the A5 was S5L8940X.
A source claiming to be in possession of an iPad 3 prototype provided BGR with images containing details about Apple’s highly anticipated third-generation tablet. From the data in the photos, which contain the output from an iPad 3 using a development and debug tool called iBoot, we can infer plenty of information about the upcoming iPad 3.
While these leaked iPad 3 screenshots shows us some of the most wanted features, there was no hint of Retina display in iPad 3. Obviously, and until Apple unveils the iPad 3, these are just rumors and should always be taken with a grain of salt.
