Saurik has just pushed an update to Corona 5.0.1 untether. Corona 5.0.1 Untether 1.0-7 Update fixes the iBooks DRM issue due to which images were not displayed correctly in iBooks.
@planetbeing put a lot of work into solving iBooks image loading bugs. All users (however jailbroken) on 5.0.1 should install.
Saurik warns iPhone 3GS users with Old bootrom to stay away from Corona. They are already untethered without Corona.

Corona 5.0.1 untethered jailbreak was released back in the last week of December to untethered jailbreak non-A5 devices which includes iPhone 4, 3GS, iPad 1, iPod Touch 4G, 3G.
iPhone Dev Team has already released RedSn0w 0.9.10b5 to fix iBooks DRM issue. If you used RedSn0w 0.9.10b5 to jailbreak your iDevce, there’s no need to install this Corona update.
iPhone 4S / iPad 2 Users:
If you jailbreak iPad 2 or iPhone 4s with Absinthe, install Corona 5.0.1 Untether 1.0-7 from Cydia.

Use redsn0w 0.9.10b5 to re-jailbreak your device to fix iBooks issue, make sure to uncheck “Install Cydia option if you’re re-jailbreaking. For more details: Redsn0w 0.9.10b5 jailbreak.
How to Fix 5.0.1 iBooks using Corona 5.0.1 Untether 1.0-7
Note: if you’re jailbroken with RedSn0w 0.9.10b5, there’s no need for Corona. However, if you jailbroke 5.0.1 on with any earlier version of RedSn0w (0.9.10b4 or older), or you jailbreak iPhone 4S / iPad 2 with absinthe, install Corona 5.0.1 Untether from Cydia to fix the iBooks issue.

- Open Cydia;
- Search for “corona 5.0.1 Untether” in Cydia;

After installing Corona 1.0-7, reboot your idevice using the normal “slide to power off” swipe.
