Zephyr Cydia tweak, released back in December by popular jailbreak developer Chpwn, has been update to version 1.1. Zephyr 1.1 bring new gestures, bug fixes and stability improvements.
For those not familiar, Zephyr adds multitouch gestures to switch between applications and enable the multitasking bar. With the Zephyr Cydia tweak installed, you can bring up the multitasking bar by simply swiping up from the bottom, and can switch between recently used apps by swiping left-to-right or right-to-left of your iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch screen.
Zephyr v1.1 update adds following multitasking gestures to your jailbroken iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch:
- Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to close apps. (Perfect for a broken home button!)
- Switch apps simply by swiping left or right from the edge.
- Smoothly swipe up to see your multitasking switcher.
