Apple has released the iPhone OS 4.0 beta 3 build 8A260b along with the iPhone SDK 4 beta 3 10M2247 build. Registered iPhone developers can download iPhone OS 4.0 beta 3 and iPhone SDK 4 beta 3 through Apple’s developer site.?
Apple had pushed the iPhone Os 4.0 beta 2 of April 21 which brought bugs like disabled camera and file uploading issues. Hopefully Apple has fixed these bugs in iPhone firmware 4.0 beta 3. Beta 1 was release with the announcement of iPhone OS 4.0 on April 9th.
