If you are already running iOS 9.2 beta version, you can easily update and install iOS 9.2 beta 3 via Over-the-Air update feature available under Settings > General > Software Update. The update is also available as a full-sized IPSW file, which can be downloaded from Apple Developer Center.

In the Safari View Controller, users will be able to request the desktop version of the site by long tapping on the reload button, just like Safari.
