As Apple has officially announced, the pre-orders for the iPhone 6s and the iPhone 6s have gone live in most parts of the globe on most network operators. Both of these new models of iPhone were unveiled during a mega media event on September 9 in San Francisco.
Currently, Apple has offered the iPhone 6s and the iPhone 6s Plus for pre-orders in the following parts of the world: Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Singapore, the UK and the US.
If you’re in the U.S. you can pre-order the devices either using Apple Store app (iTunes link), Apple’s Online Store, or the carrier’s website.
As far as the pricing of both iPhone models go, there are three different storage capacity options available for the iPhone 6s: 16GB, 64GB and 128GB that will set you back a sum of $199, $299 and $399 respectively on a two-year contract. iPhone 6s Plus is also available in three storage options; 16GB, 64GB and 128GB available for $299, $399 and $499 respectively on a two-year of commitment. Users can also get both devices on $0 down in 24 installments starting at $27 for the iPhone 6s and $31 for the iPhone 6s Plus.
Unveiled on September 9, the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus features a 3D Touch that brings a new dimension to the multi-touch interface of the iPhone. The devices come packed inside a stronger and more durable Series 7000 aluminum casing, 12 MP main camera with 4K video capabilities and a 5MP front facing camera sensor. The larger sibling also features an optical image stabilizer.
The devices will also be available for pickup from Apple’s retail store, Apple’s authorized resellers, or you cellular network operator on September 25 when the devices will officially be launched into the market.
