Just under six hours of Apple Watch pre-orders going live, Apple is all out of its wearable stock as the shipping times slip on all models. It means Apple has officially sold out of all Apple Watch variants that the company had stocked to fulfill the pre-orders.

Apple’s first smartwatch went up for pre-order on April 10, 12:01 AM Pacific, with shipping date of April 28 to May 8 for most of the models. Within few minutes of pre-orders going live, the shipping time for Sport Edition slipped to 4-6 weeks. Stainless steel models showed the same trend and its shipping time slipped to 4-6 weeks soon after that before reaching June.
It appears that many were unable to pre-order an Apple Watch Edition as the 18-Karat gold Apple Watch model’s shipping time slipped to June-August almost immediately after the pre-orders went live.
Yesterday, Apple had confirmed that there’ll be limited numbers of Apple Watch units available to pre-order because of overwhelming demand. The company had also revealed that the Watch will initially only be available exclusively through online orders.
