Magic SIM: Dual SIM Adapter for iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6

While Android smartphones have been offering dual SIM option for quite a while now, Apple has not and probably will never release a dual SIM iPhone. Dual SIM phones are very popular in Asian countries and Android smartphones are serving them well, however, Apple has always been enjoying support from 3rd party manufacturers, with dual SIM adapters available for iPhone for quite some time now. If you want to use two SIMs in your iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 Plus, you are in luck.

Magic-SIM Elite Dual SIM Adapter allows you to use two SIMs in your iPhone 6 Plus or iPhone 6. It is manufactured by Magic-SIM, a company known for providing dual-SIM solutions for  various phones, including Apple iPhone. Magic-SIM Elite Dual SIM Adapter allows you to switch between two SIMs. The Adapter only allows the switching of cellular connection on your iPhone, and doesn’t activate two SIMs simultaneously, which is a deal-breaker. However, if you only need to switch between two SIMs on your iPhone 6, or iPhone 6 Plus, Magic-SIM is your next best option

Magic SIM has two ends, one is inserted into the iPhone alongside a nano SIM, while the other end has SIM card slot which requires a regular sized SIM card and stays outside. The outside SIM adapter is folded to the back of the iPhone and is concealed by putting on a nice case.

After installing the SIMs adatpter and putting on a case, your SIM cards are now connected to your iPhone 6 Plus or iPhone 6. You can easily switch between the two inserted SIM cards by going into Settings > Phone > SIM Applications and then choose your desired SIM.

Checkout the Magic-SIM adapter video demonstrating the whole process:

NOTE: Unlike dual SIM phones, Magic-SIM activates only one SIM at a time. Which means you won’t be able to receive calls on both numbers at the same time.

Magic-SIM ELITE dual-SIM adapter for iPhone 6 and 6 Plus is compatible with 3G, 4G, LTE, GSM, GPRS, EDGE, CDMA, UMTS, WCDMA and HSDPA. It costs £24.99.
