Apple has seeded iOS 7.1 beta 3 to the developers and if you’re a jailbreaker, you will be happy to know that the exploits used in evasi0n7, the iOS 7-7.0.4 jailbreak, has not been patched in this latest beta release of iOS 7.1.
iH8Sn0w, the developer behind Sn0wbreeze and recently released p0sixspwn, has confirmed in a tweet tha Apple didn’t fix the exploit used in evasi0n7 jailbreak.
Since everyone seems super worried… Today’s iOS 7.1 beta 3 (11D5127c) does NOT patch evasi0n7. Another beta probably will though!

Winocm, the developer who worked with iH8sn0w on p0sixspwn jailbreak, also confirms that evasi0n jailbreak still works on iOS 7.1 beta 3 but some modifications are required in the jailbreak to make it work on iOS 7.1 beta 3.
I can verify that evasi0n7 works on 7.1b3 also. You’ll need to perform some minor ‘hax’ to use it on that OS build though.

Apple is known to fix vulnerabilities used in jailbreak tools to make their future software releases jalbreak-proof. So It won’t come as a surprise if Apple fixes evasi0n7 exploit in upcoming 7.1 beta releases.
If you’re rocking a jailbroken device, it’s recommended to not upgrae to iOS 7.1 beta releases, because no beta version gets the jailbreak treatment from the original jailbreak developers.
