Apple introduced iPad mini and iPad 4 back in Fall 2012. The first refurbished units of these top-of-the-line models hit store in mid-March 2013 with a $50 price cut. Apple, today, has once again slashed prices of refurbished iPad 4 and iPad mini to approximately 15% less than the retail price.
