You have to install Appsync for ios 6.x. To do this just add a repository such as http://sinfuliphonerepo.com and then install Appsync by searching it from this repository.

I updated y iPhone 4s to the new 6.1.1. to overcome 3G connectivity issues and after the Apple update to 6.1.1 and Jailbreaked with evasi0n 1.3, I still don’t have 3G connection. At the moment, my iPhone is useless when out of the house as I cannot send, receive or use the internet when there is no 3G!
What happens now? evasi0n states that as my iPhone 4s is already Jailbroken, Jailbreaking again is not recommended.
