Saurik has tweeted that a update to Corona, the iOS 5.0.1 untethered jailbreak is now available in Cydia. This Corona update fixes the iBooks issue with jailbroken iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch.
Corona 5.0.1 untether was prevoiusly updated to fix Launchctl error. Unfortunately, this update was not enough to fix all the problems. iBooks app, after jailbreaking with Corona 5.0.1 untether, would display an error message at launch. Corona 5.0.1 untether version 1.0-5 fixes this issue.
According to Saurik, Corona 5.0.1 untether 1.0-5 fixes both the iBooks problems as well as the launchctl error.
Corona (5.0.1 untether) 1.0-4 is now out: users of redsn0w or the older packages should install. This fixes both iBooks and launchd (again).

As many users don’t realize that untethers only affects boot, I just released 1.0-5 of the Corona package, which forces a reboot on upgrade.

Now if you’re jailbroken on iOS 5.0.1 using either Corona 5.0.1 untethered or RedSn0w, simply go to Cydia and search and install Corona 5.0.1 untether. This should take care of all your iBooks and launchIt related issues.
