Apple, at iPad 2 event, has confirmed the release of iOS 4.3 for iPhone 4 (GSM only), iPhone 3GS, iPad 2, iPad 1G, and iPod touch 4G, 3G. iOS 4.3 firmware on March 11 is confimed by Scott Forstall.
iOS 4.3 brings numerous new features for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch including Personal Hotspot for GSM iPhone 4, multitouch gestures for iPad (for developers only), AirPlay for 3rd party apps & Web apps and more. Checkout detailed features list here:
Currently, iOS 4.3 is in Beta 3 phase and we’ve not seen any GM release so far. March 11 is going to be a big day for Apple lovers when they ‘re going to get iPad 2 and iOS 4.3 firmware.
