iH8Sn0w has release Sn0wBreeze v1.7 to jailbreak iPod Touch 3G iOS 4. Sn0wBreeze v1.7 can create a custom iOS 4 to jailbreak iPod Touch 3G, but your iPod 3 must be on OS 3.1.2 or you must have saved SHSH blobs of OS 3.1.2 for your iPod Touch 3G.

Sn0wBreeze v1.7 Supports:

iPod Touch 3G only if they are running firmware 3.1.2 or you’ve SHSH blobs for 3.1.2 (needed for downgrade)
iPod Touch 2G (non-MC) and 1G
iPhone 3GS (Old BootRom + support for Spirit Jailbroken devices)
iPhone 3G and 2G

Note: It’s a tethered jailbreak for New BootRom and wait for the iPod Touch 2G(MC)/iPod Touch 3G iBooty + Payload Pwner update (will be out in a couple of hours). Please be patient. =)

Sn0wBreeze supports all the devices above mentioned devices and can create custom firmware 4 for them. Once jailbroken then you can unlock iPhone iOS 4 with UltraSn0w.

iH8Sn0w is the same guy behind the tools like f0recast, iDetector, and iREB. On the other hand Dev-Team is working on iPhone 4 baseband to unlock iPhone 4. However their RedSn0w 0.9.5 can jailbreak iPhone 3G and iPod Touch 2G on iOS 4. Comex has already developed an iPhone 4 jailbreak + jailbreak for all devices running iOS 4 including new bootroms. The jailbreak is yet to be released.

i have iPhone3GS factory unlocked. at first i was on 3.1.3 with spirit jb. then i upgraded to iOS4 from itunes directly.pls tell me how to jb this iOS 4 on my 3gs.i checked it has oldrom and i hav not saved shsh.

i m newbeee to all this pls help iphoneheat!!!

Hello I have a question,

I have Iphone 2G unlocked and jail broken to OS 3.1.3 (7E18).

Its modem firmware is 04.05.04_G

Kindly advice me

whether I can upgrade to OS 4 ?

whether I can unlock and jail broke it ?

Whether I can use multitasking and other features of OS 4 ?

Whether I can install cracked apps on it ?

hi pls help i have a 3g iphone but i dont have applications installed in it but i have the files to installed but when i try it,its always not syc with my iphone i dnt knw if the phone is locked?pls help.i have apps but i cant install it.thanx.

How can I sync my cracked apps even though my iPod touch 3G 4.0 ios is not jailbreak yet, well I’m still waitin for the new jailbreak app for iPod 3G ios 4.0, does anyone know when it will come out? Thx

Hi, I have iPhone 3G and I have upgraded it to os4, everything is perfect except multi tasking. I have enabled it while unlocking my software through snow breeze
Please guide me how can I enable it
