BeejiveIM Updated to Version 3.1 – Adds Group Chat and Meta Chat

BeejiveIM for iPhone and iPod Touch has been update to version 3.1. Along with bug fixes and other enhancements, BeejiveIM  3.1 comes with group chats, meta chats as well.

Group chats works on IM services that support the feature (MSN, Yahoo, AIM, GTalk) and meta chats let you merge contacts with multiple IM services into a consolidated stream like A’s Yahoo and A’s Gtalk show up under A.

New in BeejiveIM 3.1

  • Group chats: Chat with multiple buddies (available on services that support group chats)
  • Meta chats: Merge multiple chats with the same contact across different IM handles into the same chat stream.
  • Bug fixes and small UI enhancements.
