A user of MacTalk Forums found an icon within the current iPhone 3.0 SDK and rumored it as that of the next iPhone. Two icons, one black and the other white, are labeled iPhone2,1 (code 2,1 is already rumored the code for new iPhone). This icon shows no noticeable changes as compared to the iPhone 3G icon. If this rumor proves to be accurate then we’ll not see any changes in the look of next generation iPhone. It’s also possible that this icon is a copy of iPhone 3G image and is being used as a placeholder.
